Your guide collects you early morning and drives you into the Barossa's rolling vineyard landscape. Lunch at Peter Lehmann is a seated affair with food and wine pairing. The final stop at Seppeltsfield—Australia's fortified wine authority—lets you sample rare ports and sherries, including a bottle from your birth year if available.
