What to expect

You'll cover the valley on a guided e-bike route, stopping at five or six stations over the day. Each pause involves a tasting or tour: start with coffee and cake, move into cooperage and cellar tours where you'll sample wine direct from the barrel, then sit for a proper lunch with wine flight. You'll taste cheese at Barossa Cheese Company and finish at a rarities tasting. The e-bike lets you cover 40–50 km without leg fatigue, though you're riding in wine country, not racing.
