What to expect
You'll arrive at the distillery and be welcomed into a casual, interactive environment. Your mixologist instructor will walk you through the fundamentals—how to build flavour, the importance of proper technique, the story behind each spirit. Rather than standing and watching, you'll get behind the bar yourself, making each of the three cocktails from scratch. Between rounds, you'll nibble on snacks and chat with fellow participants. The pace is relaxed; this isn't about speed. By the end, you'll have crafted three drinks you genuinely enjoyed and have the confidence to order or make them again.
